Karen Bryant is a chocolatier, a blogger and writer, a chocolate explorer and the Executive Director of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association. She is a graduate of Ecole Chocolat and the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy and gained extensive knowledge about the US chocolate experience by logging over 10,000 miles over a 2-month period in 2015 meeting and interviewing over 90 of the country's most influential chocolate makers, chocolatiers and fine chocolate industry suppliers.
